Warmth

Another beautiful North Idaho day -- 25 degrees higher than the average for this time of year: currently 89 degrees.

I painted my front steps this weekend so at least they're all one color. I'm probably going to have to replace them next year. On Saturday, I watched Megan get her first haircut. She was fairly good, even considering that it was past her nap time. On Sunday, I went out there to watch her while her parents went horseback riding. Ryan made me pancakes as payment so yay me. I swear he makes the best pancakes. And syrup. I gained about 4 ponds this weekend. Can't be doing that as I only have 37 days until Walt Disney World and swimsuits.

I have to write an eviction letter tonight. One of the tenants is creating problems and with accusations of theft against the new roommates who are there illegally, it's time to get them out. Unfortunately, that place has been rented since the building was bought and they don't have a security deposit so it'll probably be very trashed once they get out.
