I did quite a bit of reading this weekend. Since I was housesitting, my friend left me a People magazine. I'm not one for reading People, but since I didn't want to start a book Thursday, I read it, and a Time magazine. And the Matt Groening and Bruce Willis interviews in Playboy and, of course Harry Potter. My eyes want to close now, wonder why.

I won't give anything away for Harry Potter, but when I finished it Sunday afternoon, I felt a little bit literarily gypped. I could not wait for it to come on Saturday. I had the thing pre-ordered forever. I did my chores and came into town to go to Walmart, pet my own cat, and wait for the mail. I got to Walmart at 7:00 and there were stacks of the books. Stupid me had to wait another four hours for the mailman. Then grab lunch, take it to my dad along with some stuff I picked up for him at Walmart and then go read. I didn't start reading until about 1:30! Anyway, it's all over now just movies. Thank goodness the last movie was good enough for me to look forward to the others.
