I watched a TV show the other day (still clearing my DVR) and one of the guest stars was driving me nuts. The voice sounded so familiar and even the face was familiar. The voice, though was what I had some recollection of...it was kind of a girly, eerie voice. Similar to the woman in Poltergeist and Teen Witch (Zelda Rubenstein). I couldn't pay much attention to the episode because of trying to concentrate to figure out where I'd seen her. The credits were too small at the end and I went back to the beginning, but no guest stars were listed with the opening credits. I had resigned myself to Google when it hit me about an hour later...she was Moaning Myrtle from the Harry Potter flicks. Duh. Mystery solved.
It's a bit of a lazy weekend. It rained all day yesterday. I had a ton of stuff to do at home, but I'm best before 8:00 and since my dad and I went to breakfast at 6:30, by the time we stopped at Walmart, I wasn't in the mood. I thought it'd be OK and I'd do it today, but my dad called last night and said he had to go to Pullman in the morning so I went to breakfast again this morning. I actually went to the gym before breakfast and started doing things when I got home from breakfast at 9:15 and was on a roll..until 10:00 when he called me saying he needed more paint. I went to Walmart and went out to his house (where it was snowing), came back a little later then I wanted to, but still got the vegetables in the slow cooker with the roast. And it's now snowing here. Actually sticking to the grass. It's so weird when it snows at 39 degrees. But, with the snow, no wonder I'm in the mood for Christmas music, baking, and decorating. I even wrapped a few Christmas presents this morning.
Update: Moaning Myrtle is played by Shirley Henderson and she's 10 years older than I. Weird. Also, I did not realize that David Tennant played Barty Crouch, Jr. in HP and The Goblet of Fire. Guess I need to watch it again.
