Road Trip

I decided that I needed a new pair of brown flats since mine are getting noticeable holes in them. I looked in town and down in the valley. Nothin'. So, on Saturday I went to Spokane and got lost in the mall. Man, that place is huge. I went to five stores and when I finally found some that weren't ugly, they didn't have them in my size. So I went to Chili's for lunch and had a margarita. Then went to a movie to wait for the alcohol to wear off. Oh my gosh, I've never minded gratuitous violence. But, I don't think I knew what it was until I saw "Sin City". Three castrations in 45 minutes. I thought one of the characters was going to give me nightmares -- the one who smelled like a corpse for those of you who have seen the movie. As I was leaving the theatre, a girl was explaining to her boyfriend that the background of one of the characters is explained in the 4th book. Apparently, she was really into it.
