Two Bits

I was just informed that I'm receiving a 25 cents/hour raise. The bossman apologized that it was so little, but he had to keep the equity in the office staff and I did just get a 10% raise in January. He said he wanted to give me something because he didn't want me to interpret nothing as a slight. Hmm, OK, I'll take that $500 a year...$250 after taxes.
