I love it when you walk outside and with the first breath, all the moisture in your nose freezes. Highs in the teens, lows in the single digits (it was 2 when I left for work this morning).

I also love it when you have a sinus cold and when you breathe in, it feels like all the dust particles are shooting though your nose and into your brain...I've said that to two people today and they had no idea what I was talking about. Weird...It's probably them.

Have to go down to the valley tomorrow to check on an apartment. I had to send a nasty letter to clean up their crap so I'm going down to inspect. It's in a triplex and one of the other tenants wrote to me stating that there are people coming and going at all hours (sing/unmarried women!), they play loud music all the time, have trash all over the place, leave the door into the laundry room open, etc. He's a good payer, but he's just a student and the other people are long term good payers. So, depending on the circumstances tomorrow, he may be out. Also, I'm hoping I have a good application waiting for me for a couple of places down there. It'd be nice to get those rented, especially since I think these are the last two I do before my dad takes them over so it'll be the last commission from him.

I'm going to my friend's husband's 30th birthday party tomorrow night. He decided he wants a bonfire weenie roast. Umm, yeah, one degree. ONE.
