I've been checking road conditions for the drive to Seattle tomorrow. For the pass it says 1-3 inches of snow likely today and then another 1-3 inches tonight and chance of showers tomorrow. Sounds like prime avalanche conditions. Here's hoping I don't get buried.

The transaction with the guy with the '35 coupe fell through. He asked for cashier's checks and then was complaining (after a few margarita's) that he couldn't cash them because he doesn't have a bank account. Hmm, a conundrum of your own making. Nope, he got loud and accused my dad of reneging and insisted that they weren't cashier's checks since the bank told him they'd have to keep the funds for 11 days. Umm, no, they keep them because you are opening an account with them, not because they aren't cashier's checks. Idiot. Anyway, it's relisted and he's supposedly returning the checks to my dad, that would make me nervous since they're cashier's checks and therefore cannot be canceled.
