The trim of my house should partially be another color(s) when I get home today. The painter finally showed up yesterday (supposed to be last Friday) and did the prep work. It'll take two coats, but some of it should be done. He's going to come this weekend, too so, baring weather related stuff, it should be finished next week. Woo-hoo!

I took the Ides off because Meg's daycare was closed. We went for a walk, watched a wrecking ball on the grain grower's silos, practised with her trike (not sure about the pedaling), made St. Patrick's Day cupcakes, watched movies. Daycare is closed today as well; she came into work with her mother this morning and came over to hang out with me an hour before lunch since I'm alone in the office today. She helped me put papers in the shred box and I'm pretty sure that only the ones to be shredded were added.

As the last day of Spring Break, and it being an absolutely beautiful Idaho day, it is unbelievably dead around here. Glad I didn't bring in any more cupcakes since there are still two left out of the 16 I brought.

Tomorrow my dad and I go to the home show at the Kibbie Dome and then eat corned beef and cabbage. That is, if I survive the next 45 minutes without being bored to death. I may have to do work!
