Didn't sleep worth a darn last night thanks to having to go to court today for the eviction. The tenants were served last week and told the server that they hoped to be out by then. I hope they are moved out and that they don't show up so I can get a default judgement. Although last time the person didn't show up, I had to get on the stand which is a little scary. I'm more concerned that they will show up, though, they are convinced that I'm a horrible person. Doesn't change the fact that they didn't pay the rent so no matter what they're in the wrong. I hate this.
