I am not much of a cream cheese fan. In fact cheesecake and cream cheese frosting are the only instances that I'll usually eat the stuff. However, I made a berry bread for work today and made a strawberry cream cheese spread for it...holy crap, the stuff is amazing. I think because it was refrigerated overnight so the flavors are good and that it's nice and soft. It has a soft buttery texture.
2-3 strawberries, mashed to make 2 Tbsp
1 (80z) container whipped cream cheese
2 Tbsp powdered sugar
Mix until combined.
Lick it up, baby. Lick. It. Up.
