Mo' Money! Mo' Headaches?

I spoke with the owners and he said a friend of his is selling some apartment buildings in the Santa Barbara area and is going to be buying some properties in the Valley so the owner told him about me and said that he'd probably be calling. That means more commission money, but it also means more work. However, I'm assuming that the guy'll have quite a bit of money to spend so he'll probably buy a nicer apartment complex than the clients I have now.
