A friend of a friend is watching her son's dog over the holidays, but they want to get away for a couple days. I agreed to watch the dog for a couple of days. I went to meet the dog tonight and it jumped up and bit a hole in my sweater. I think I got off light.
A friend called to say that a friend of ours was bit by a dog (she's a vet tech) and after going to the hospital, was on her way to see an orthopedist at Washington State. They're worried about bone infection and saving use of the thumb. I'm waiting to hear if they need me to go feed their animals. Between her being a vet tech and him being a vet, they have fish, cats, dogs, and birds.
